Our ranking indicates the top 32 affordable schools offering an MBA in human resources. We obtained and examined a list of 100 online and on-campus graduate schools from authoritative websites and verified the colleges’ statuses on the NCES college navigator websiteWe then trimmed the list based on the following two critical factors.

Tuition: We ranked each program according to the MBA tuition indicated on the colleges’ websites, which is calculated on a minimum of 9 credits. The tuition shows the minimum cost that a student may pay depending on the nature of the MBA program taken and whether or not the student is a resident. We considered schools with tuition below $ 25, 000 per annum, and then gave each one an affordability score. The lowest MBA cost was $ 5,850 and $23,100 came in as the highest.

Accreditation: Accreditation indicates whether or not a school abides by the regulations and standards set by the U.S Department of Education. Some schools have regional accreditations as well as international business accreditations. Several accreditations like ACBSP, IACBE, and AACSB are recognized nationally.
