How the Colleges Were Ranked
To determine what order to list these colleges, we began by placing each college on a spreadsheet with their tuition and graduation rate information. We then went down the list and granted points to each institution based on how much they charged students each year, giving 20 points to the lowest tuition cost and one point to the highest cost. Next, points were awarded based on the graduation rate, giving 20 points to the highest graduation rate and one point to the lowest. These points were then added up, giving us the points that are currently listed behind each college’s name.
