Our Ranking Methodology
Our rankings were determined using our proprietary formula. Our formula takes each school’s yearly tuition rate and graduation rate and comes up with a final rating. Some schools have a higher tuition rate for students who do not live in the college’s home state. If this is the case, we only took the online school’s in-state rate into consideration. Here’s an example of how the formula works: Vocational College #1 has a yearly tuition rate of $5,000 and a graduation rate of 50%. Its rating would be 7500 (5,000 x 150%). A low rating will lead to a favorable ranking for the college in question.
Students can find the right online vocational colleges based on their criteria if they use our site.
