How the Schools Were Ranked
As we conducted our research to uncover the top schools in the nation that offers a masters in educational counseling, we looked at two factors: tuition and graduation rate. A point system was used, giving more points to each institution with lower tuition costs and then again to schools with higher graduation rates. Once we determined how many points each college should receive for these two factors, the two scores were then added. The school with the most points was put at the top of our list.
