The median LSAT at the University of Colorado Law School is 161, while the median LSAT at the University of Denver is 157.

The University of Denver Sturm College of Law is considered to be the 63rd best law school in the nation. Comparatively, the University of Colorado Law School is the 43rd best law school in the country based on data from U.S. News.

Rankings aside, both schools have much to offer students who go there, from hands-on experiences to preparation for the bar exam. The nationally renowned programs prepare students to work in the field with the confidence to support those who need it most.

Students will appreciate that Boulder is home to 61,529 acres of open space, over 300 days of sunshine a year and hundreds and miles of trails for outdoors lovers. The school encourages studying abroad as well as taking part in activities on its campus, which has been voted as one of the most beautiful campus in the United States.

Students who would like to focus on legal writing will appreciate the dedicated legal writing department. In addition, all students will learn through experiential techniques, because developing their abilities comes down to using what they learn. Many students will participate in clinics, externships, public service work and appellate and trial competitions.

The University of Colorado Boulder offers a traditional Juris Doctor program as well as the option to complete the program in just 2.5 years. There are an additional seven dual-degree options with six certificate programs hosted by the school. There is an LLM program and the Master of Studies in Law program available as well.

Perhaps best of all is that the school has maintained the same tuition rates for the last nine years.
