Our Ranking Methodology

To rank the schools on this list, we used a simple, yet accurate formula. Our formula utilizes two important statistics, namely yearly tuition rate and graduation rate. To come up with each school’s rating, we took the yearly tuition rate and added a multiplier that is equivalent to the percentage of students who did not graduate. This is how it works: School #1 has a yearly tuition rate of $40,000 and a graduation rate of 90%. School #1’s rating would be 44,000 (40,000 x 110%). Lower ratings will result in more favorable rankings on our list.
